Job Type : Contract Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC/HMI programming, electrical drawings, and industrial automation, with hands-on experience in Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Rockwell platforms. The role involves designing, programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning control systems for projects across India, with a preference for candidates from the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI applications, with mandatory expertise in Mitsubishi and Siemens systems. Work on Rockwell PLC/HMI software including RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk View. Read, interpret, and update electrical drawings; identify and correct errors in panel wiring and documentation. Inspect electrical control panels to ensure compliance with design specifications. Prepare operating manuals , documentation, and training materials. Coordinate and follow up with vendors and customers for materials procurement and service support. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and commissioning of control systems. Travel across India for project execution and customer support as required. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma or B.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years of PLC/HMI programming experience (total 57 years overall work experience). Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC/HMI systems (mandatory). Hands-on experience with Rockwell systems (RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View). Proficiency in reading and updating electrical drawings . Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel anywhere in India based on project needs.
