Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of
Lighting Layouts, Power Layouts, Earthing & Lightning Protection Layouts, Cable Tray & Routing Layouts
Preparation of
As-Built Drawings
Preparation of
Fire Alarm System layouts
Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience
: 3 to 8 years (preferably with
MEP Consultant companies
)
Education
: Diploma / Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Software
: Proficiency in
AutoCAD 2D
(Revit/3D experience is a plus, but we require AutoCAD 2D)
Strong knowledge of
Electrical systems, principles, and materials
Candidates from
Design background only
(not from developer firms or manufacturing firms)
