Electrical Design Engineer

As an Electrical Design Engineer at Kutsun Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the design and estimation team for industrial, commercial, and solar projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare electrical design drawings such as SLD, GA, Earthing Layout, Lighting Layout, and Cable Routing. - Perform load calculations, cable sizing, breaker selection, and panel design. - Create BOQ and conduct cost estimation for LT & HT electrical works. - Coordinate with site teams to ensure seamless execution matching design specifications. - Prepare and submit drawings for approvals from EB, CEIG, and other inspections. - Optionally design solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mount) including inverter sizing, array layout, and shadow analysis. - Assist in documentation for tender submissions, net metering, and commissioning. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering - 4 years of experience in electrical design (LT/HT/Solar preferred) - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and electrical design software - Familiarity with IS/IEC standards and TANGEDCO/CEIG norms - Strong communication and team collaboration skills Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role: - Knowledge of PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools for solar design - Experience with panel board fabrication standards - Previous experience with EB Liaisoning or approval processes In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Kutsun Enterprises offers competitive salary based on skill and experience, diverse industrial and solar projects to work on, exposure to design, site coordination, and client interactions, and the opportunity to grow into project engineering or consulting roles.
