Overview Our expanding CPS team in Gurugram has several exciting opportunities available for experienced and dynamic professionals. In this role, you ll have the opportunity to contribute to the design, quoting, and successful acquisition of Lutron s flagship projects worldwide, playing a pivotal part in shaping the company s global success. Responsibilities Develop lighting control and shading solutions for commercial / residential / hospitality projects during specification, estimation, and quotes in the pre sales stage. Manage daily workload, may include team management responsibilities. Provide technical solutions support for presales and post sales for Lutron s projects in all global markets. Pre-Sales - Work closely with global sales team to prepare lighting control solutions, budget estimates, quotes, sales proposals for Lutron projects Analyze and understand electrical / lighting / architectural layouts and any other construction documents to provide appropriate solution Prepare wiring diagram, system layouts using AutoCAD/Lutron Designer software to be used by electrical contractor for site installation Coordinate with global sales and project managers to design and quote superior solutions Meet the project timelines Assist in project coordination for key specification accounts Stay aligned to Lutron s culture and values Be passionate Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets Be an innovative thinker Be customer focused Be ethical Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have: 5-7 years of professional experience. Bachelors degree of Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate. Experience in people management is an advantage Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with architectural, construction, and commercial project processes is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD is beneficial. Understanding of the lighting control industry is a plus. Customer Engagement: Prior experience in customer service is desirable. Role & responsibilities Requirements: To facilitate smooth project site execution, planning on all on-going project sites by ensuring quality work in line with the clients/tender requirement by ensuring minimum expenses and speedy delivery of project in due coordination with the vendors and sub-contractors and clients. Submission of important documents and preparation of bills for processing payments from the clients. Building good relations with the clients and liaison with the clients so as to ensure timely or early project completion. specification and skills: 1. Good Electrical Knowledge in terms of testing & installation. 2. Good Knowledge of onsite work & execution standards. 3. Good command in using excel 4. Negotiation 5. Meeting project deadlines 6. Motivation for project execution 7. Responsive and supportive with strong time management skills and the ability to respond to multiple requests. 8. Highly self-motivated, positive, can do attitude. Good knowledge of the testing practices as required in General Electrical Projects.
