Drive collections aggressively while maximizing business potential. Ensure the desired contribution of new products to overall sales. Build strong, effective relationships with consultants, architects, and other key stakeholders to promote business. Launch new products in the market and strengthen the market share of existing ones. Continuously explore new markets, geographies, and customer segments through targeted business development activities. Identify customer needs accurately and provide tailored solutions. Resolve customer issues promptly to foster customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain daily sales outstanding (DSO) at targeted levels. Monitor and report market trends, competitor strategies, pricing, and schemes. Ensure adherence to company policies in customer documentation and compliance. Develop strong relationships with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, and panel builders. Provide active support to the specification teams. Plan and execute local promotional initiatives like exhibitions, fairs, dealer meets, and interactions with electricians, architects, and interior designers.
