HIRING FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE FOR OUR MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Stamping and welding Maintenance knowledge required Responsabilities & Duties Analyze maintenance needs, identifying possibilities of realization on the Company's premises or assessing the need to send to an external supplier. Perform industrial, preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production machines and equipment, in response to demand and schedules and service orders issued. Prepare whenever necessary, and review operational standards related to the electrical and mechanical parts of the equipment, seeking to provide them with more modern and less expensive practices, with the objective of gains in quality, agility, time and safety. Report to the immediate manager the flaws or deficiencies found, suggesting and justifying the improvements to be achieved in the process through a technical report, in order for them to approve or negotiate their approval with the Company's Management. Meet the company's inspections, detailing work steps and causes that cause problems. Conduct a survey of technical needs of staff, detailing deficiencies and suggesting specific training in order to remedy and / or reduce difficulties and improve performance. Apply knowledge and technical skills in the activities and processes of the sector, in order to improve efforts to achieve results. Execute the implementation of work plans and procedures for the sector, carrying out and monitoring the necessary technical actions, in order to achieve the objectives and goals established. Ensure the hygiene and organization conditions in the work environment, cleaning machines, equipment and tools used, complying with safety, health and environment procedures. Know and comply with the Quality Systems in Environmental Management (EMS), Health and Safety and the internal rules of the Company. Comply with the legislation, as well as the Company's institutional rules and policies, with suppliers and external bodies, ensuring due ethical behavior in the relationship with business partners, as well as compliance with established standards, and ensuring the Company's assets. Knowledge, Skills (Essential) General - High level of leadership, teamwork and management skills; - IT Knowledge in terms of Word, Excel, Internet e Electronic Mail. Specific - Knowledge in Maintanance Techniques; - Knowledge in Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance; Languages - English Knowledge, Skills (Desirable) General N/A Specific - Knowledge in Lean Tools ( 5S, TPM Total Productive Maintenance) tools; - BU ERP - Knowledge in Mechanics - Knowledge in Electronics Languages N/A Education & Qualification - Technical degree in electromechanics or similar; - Technical qualification in maintenance is a plus.
