Role & responsibilities Services Design Experience for HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Protection Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal Excellent in Report Writing and preparation of Technical presentation Ability to carry out client facing role and lead client interaction for technical delivery Should be able to perform calculation in HAP/IES, ventilation calculation, plumbing and fire protection tank capacity, pump calculation. Should be able to design as per IS/NBC/NFPA/CFO standarad and should know local by laws Experience in Electrical 2D or BIM Revit drafting for Residential / commercial projects
