As an Electric Utilities Subject Matter Expert (SME), your role will involve maintaining the OMS system/Control Center, monitoring its services and integration, and working with the business to understand functional issues and provide workarounds. You will be responsible for sorting out data issues, such as GIS-related issues impacting outage management functionality, and ensuring timely incident resolution. Additionally, performing application and database health checks regularly, resolving support tickets within specified SLA, and making NMS configuration changes as per day-to-day requirements will be part of your responsibilities. Your experience in working in the Transmission and Distribution domain of Utilities will be valuable in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain the OMS system/Control Center and monitor its services and integration - Work with the business to understand functional issues and provide workarounds - Sort out data issues, including GIS-related issues impacting outage management functionality - Provide timely incident resolution - Perform application and database health checks regularly - Resolve support tickets within specified SLA - Make NMS configuration changes as per day-to-day requirements **Qualifications Required:** - At least 4 years of experience in working (implementation/support) on a DMS (Distribution Management System) or OMS (Outage Management System)/Control Center products like Schneider Electric ADMS, ABB DMS - Experience in SCADA/DMS/OMS configurations and application development in the Smart Grid area - Strong analytical and communication skills - Working knowledge of software development methodologies like waterfall and Agile - Ability to understand business requirements and map them to functional design - Ability to validate alignment of data, integration, and test requirements,
