As an integral part of the Ola Mobility Institute (OMI) team, you will support the four Centres on various domains. Your key role will involve articulating the tangible impact of research-backed recommendations from macro and microeconomic perspectives, conducting techno-economic feasibility analyses of emerging technologies, and more. Your responsibilities include conducting research and analysis, economic data tracking, quarterly analysis, reporting and documentation, developing policy recommendations, collaboration and stakeholder engagement, expert presentation and outreach, and innovation and strategy. You will be responsible for conducting whole-of-systems studies, socio-economic and techno-economic feasibility research, and modeling to measure and forecast the impacts of innovations and policy changes. Additionally, you will collect and analyze macro and microeconomic data, deliver quarterly analyses highlighting economic trends, synthesize research findings into comprehensive reports, develop evidence-based policy recommendations, actively engage with various Centres within OMI and external partners, present research findings at various forums, and identify new research areas and strategic opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant academic, research, and industry experience, along with a Master's degree or PhD in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
