We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Project Manager / Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 2+ years of experience in planning, executing, monitoring projects , coordinate tasks, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and maintain clear communication among team. Key Responsibilities: Project Co-ordination Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. Help in preparation of project plans, schedules, and status reports. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed on time. Track project progress and identify any potential issues or risks. Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date. Participate in project meetings and help with meeting agendas and minutes. Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and conflict resolution. Prepare and share reports on project performance, timelines, and key metrics. Ready to travel on site whenever required. Technical Good to have an ideas of 1. PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs. 2. standards, codes, and regulations 3. Commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems. 4. Develop project-specific programming, testing, and integration plans. 5. Knowledge of communication protocols. 6. MS Office ,Excel, Good communication skills. Project Execution and Support Manage the execution of automation and instrumentation projects, ensuring on-time delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution. Provide service and upgradation support for existing systems. Document project progress, technical details, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in automation field engineering , Project documentation, Project management, Project coordination. Skills: Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines. knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and panel Commissioning.
