You will be working as an ELD Sales Executive, representing our products through software demonstrations to potential customers. Your main responsibility will involve driving new business by developing both direct and indirect sales channels, closing deals directly with end-customers, and exceeding revenue goals. Collaborating with the internal sales team, you will help define marketing strategies, follow up on sales leads, conduct solution demos, create proposals, and guide clients through the deal closing process. This role requires ELD experience of at least 1 year and familiarity with the LOGBOOK, telematics/vehicle tracking industry, and GPS products. You will be expected to meet sales goals, build a strong client base, and work with transportation/trucking companies. Ensuring that Sales Executives have busy schedules with quality appointments is an essential part of the job. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing ELD accounts for compliance and generating reports. The work shift will be rotational, and the location is in Mohali. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi languages is required. Ideal candidates will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with 1-2 years of experience in the Transportation Industry (preferably in the US market). Experience in managing a fleet of equipment will be considered an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Candidates who have worked with specific ELD providers such as Black bear ELD, EZ ELD, Gorilla Fleet Safety, and others will be given preference. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including a flexible schedule, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and various shift options including day shift, evening shift, fixed shift, and weekend availability. Performance bonuses and quarterly bonuses are also part of the compensation package.
