We are hiring an experienced Reverse Engineer to lead and support our high-precision component development team. You will work closely with the design, production, and QC departments to reverse engineer critical components used in teabag packaging machines and other precision industries. Key Responsibilities: Reverse engineering of critical mechanical parts Create and modify detailed AutoCAD manufacturing drawings Guide toolroom operations: Lathe, Milling, Grinding Coordinate with CNC department: VMC, EDM Spark & WireCut, CNC Turning Brainstorm cost-effective manufacturing solutions Select suitable raw materials, coatings, and hardening treatments Lead and supervise the part development process from concept to final inspection Collaborate with clients (India/UAE/Russia) for feedback, site understanding, and development Software/Tools Knowledge Preferred: AutoCAD (mandatory) MasterCAM, El-CAM (preferred) Microsoft Excel/Word (basic) Perks: ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity Paid leave, national holidays Opportunity to travel internationally for project-based development Long-term career opportunity in a stable, export-driven firm
