Role Description: Sales / Business Development Manager Location: Pune / Navi Mumbai / Kolhapur (Full-time, On-site) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team. This full-time on-site role is based at one of our laboratory locations in Pune, Navi Mumbai, or Kolhapur . The Incumbent will be responsible for the following: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet defined targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities , including untapped markets, sectors, and client segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering or Science (preferred), with a strong technical understanding of services offered. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Ability to work independently , especially during the initial stages of business development. Prior experience in the material testing, engineering services, or NABL-accredited laboratory industry will be an added advantage.
