Manage QA/QC procedures and coordinate with various third-party inspection agencies Expert knowledge in Butt welded pipe fittings, flanges, elbow, tee, reducer (SS /CS/MS) and components, Ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the various manufacturing process Proficient in material selection, fit-up, welding, visual, and dimensional inspection Hands-on experience with NDT techniques ( UT, RT, MT, DPT ) and familiarity with ASME / ISO codes Prepare Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) as per applicable codes and client specifications Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with customer requirements
