The Opportunity As a Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in boosting revenue across advertising and software (SaaS) product lines for hospitality customers by blending data-driven rigor with strategic creativity. Your responsibilities will include being the go-to expert for pricing analytics, optimization recommendations, pricing discipline, and SKU governance. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure that our offerings are both competitive and profitable. What You'll Do Develop & Optimize Pricing Strategy Utilize advanced analytics, AI-driven modeling, and market intelligence to set, test, and refine pricing for new and existing SKUs across advertising and SaaS portfolios. Own SKU Governance Establish a disciplined framework for SKU creation, lifecycle management, and bundling/discount policies to ensure clarity across global teams. Lead Pricing Analytics Projects Build Pricing Tools Design and maintain self-service dashboards, scenario models, and AI-assisted recommendation engines in SQL/Sigma/Tableau/Excel that can scale with the business. Quarterly Pricing Reviews Produce concise, data-rich readouts on price performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities for executive stakeholders. Cross-Functional Partnership Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales Ops, Finance, and Marketing to align pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. What You'll Bring With 8-10 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS / AdTech or Hospitality Tech, you should be well-versed in AI-augmented pricing frameworks and possess advanced proficiency in SQL, Sigma/Tableau, and Excel. Your ability to independently build complex pricing models and govern large SKU catalogs will be essential. Additionally, having a solid foundation in statistical and pricing methods, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in economics, Math, Computer Science, or a quantitative field are required.
