Booking & Scheduling: Manage appointments efficiently using a scheduling system, ensuring optimal flow for therapists and minimizing client wait times. Confirm appointments and handle cancellations or rescheduling requests. Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries professionally and courteously. Communicate effectively with therapists and management regarding the daily schedule and client needs. Administrative Duties: Maintain the neatness and organization of the reception area. Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and maintaining client records. Product Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of our services and retail products to provide clients with accurate information and recommendations. Problem Solving: Handle client feedback and minor issues with tact and professionalism, escalating complex problems to the manager when necessary. Requirements: Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or hospitality role is required. Experience in a salon, spa, or hotel is a plus. Communication Skills : Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Language Proficiency : Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Technical Skills : Basic computer knowledge is essential, including familiarity with scheduling software, email, and MS Office.
