Location: Chennai/Hyderabad Responsibilities: Draft clear and concise reports, demonstrating strong communication skills in English. Collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment, working independently and as part of a team. Possess mastery of the MS Office suite and relevant architectural software. Manage deadlines effectively and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong sense of organization. Focus on energy efficiency initiatives, utilizing building energy simulation software (particularly eQuest). Conduct regular site visits, documenting compliance with green building rating systems like LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA (photographs required). Demonstrate willingness for occasional travel across India. Contribute to the firm's portfolio of projects under LEED, IGBC, and EDGE certifications, including existing projects. During site visits, guide stakeholders on the implementation of green building measures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on sustainability is preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sustainability-related field. Proven track record of recent experience in sustainability demonstrated. Possession of GRIHA CP, Evaluator & Trainer, LEED AP, or IGBC AP certifications is highly desirable (but not mandatory). Working experience in eQuest will be preferred.
