We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our company . You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display ads, etc.) Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies. Create and manage content for digital channels including blog posts, emails, landing pages, and social media. Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms. Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance data. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product) to align marketing strategies. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (2+ years preferred). Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical skills. Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot (a plus). Preferred Skills:Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
