Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive B2B sales and enhance brand visibility. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs, ensuring our marketing efforts align with business objectives. Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is a valuable asset. Duties Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify potential dealers, distributors, and end customers to expand the sales network. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Address client inquiries and provide technical/product support as needed. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Provide insights and suggestions for product and service enhancements. Generate leads through various channels, including trade shows, cold calling, and networking. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities. Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 0 - 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in gate automation, hardware, or related industries. Freshers can also apply Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of gate motors and automation systems is an advantage.
