Sales and Marketing Executive

You are a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive B2B sales and enhance brand visibility. Your role involves analyzing market trends and customer needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is a valuable asset. Your duties include developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying potential sales network expansion opportunities, building client relationships, providing technical support, and analyzing market trends for product enhancements. Generate leads through trade shows, cold calling, and networking, converting them into sales. Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and collaborate with technical and operations teams for project delivery. Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 0-6 years of sales experience in gate automation or related industries. Freshers are also welcome to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of gate motors and automation systems is beneficial, as well as proficiency in CRM tools.
