The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for reviewing codes developed by junior developers and providing recommendations for improvement. You will be expected to optimize code, understand Functional Specification Document (FSD), and translate it into specific requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in coding complex algorithms and assisting in designing data models for specific modules. To qualify for this role, you should have a Degree in IT or BE in any faculty and hold certifications like SCJP or SCJA. You must possess a high level of competence in Core Java, JDBC, and J2EE technologies. Exposure to Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Hibernate and EJB3.0 is essential. Familiarity with at least one Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology, preferably Vaadin or GWT, is preferred. Furthermore, knowledge of database programming, including stored procedures and functions, would be considered an added advantage for this position.,
