The job involves end-to-end feature development, covering design, coding, and automation testing. You will be required to understand the customers" business needs and actively participate in product design. Timely delivery of high-quality deliverables is crucial for the product's success. The role also includes working on low latency high-performance systems and acting as a subject matter expert for the domain, processes, methodology, and latest technologies. Debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, peer code reviews, unit tests, and working in an agile software development environment are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Web Services (REST JSON, SOAP). A degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% grade is required. Experience with Network Schemes certification such as Visa, Mastercard, or Amex is preferred. Understanding ISO8583 messages, card products like Credit/Debit/Prepaid, EMV & Tokenization, and Visa/Mastercard/Amex specifications is a plus. The ability to work effectively in teams, manage multiple deliverables, and experience the entire product development cycle is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in delivering scalable services with high performance, strong skills in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, EJB 3.x, and Web Services. Proficiency in Micro-services design, developing platform components, design patterns, and exposure to switching products is beneficial. Familiarity with build frameworks, XML/XSLT, JSON, Groovy scripts, testing tools, and web technology stack is desired. Working with application servers and databases, security protocols, and cloud technologies are advantageous.
