Your day at NTT DATA The Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) is a seasoned engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers. Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team. Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution. Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations. Excellent analytical & interpretive skills. Develop and maintain network documentation and standards. Good Knowledge of ITIL framework and Service management. Required Skills: Extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers. Advanced proficiency in managing Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls. In-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers. Expertise in Cisco ACI, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
