Job Overview We’re seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Associate with 2+ years of experience in lead generation and qualification; ideally within a digital agency environment. This role is critical in identifying high-potential leads for our service verticals (design, development & performance marketing), qualifying them, and seamlessly handing them over to the sales team for closure. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and generate outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and marketing campaigns Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ideal customer profiles and service fit Initiate contact with prospects and maintain a pipeline of potential clients Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead hand-off and contextual briefing Collaborate with marketing to fine-tune messaging and outreach materials Maintain lead data, communication history, and progress using CRM tools Attend discovery calls with sales when required to support handover Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or lead generation Agency experience is a strong plus (digital marketing, development, or creative agency) Strong understanding of services like Webflow/Shopify development, UI/UX design, SEO, and paid media Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs Experience writing outreach messages and conducting discovery conversations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,347.21 - ₹51,121.73 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time
