Job Profile: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing Extra High Voltage (EHV) Substation projects (132kV and above). The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of substation projects within budget and time constraints while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Role: Project Engineer Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end project activities for EHV substation construction and commissioning. Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide timely updates to management. Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety protocols. Support procurement processes including materials and equipment tracking. Facilitate site inspections and coordination meetings. Identify risks and issues, and propose timely solutions or escalations. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and engineering standards (e.g., IS/IEC). Job Description : Plan and develop effective and proficient project plans for the project as per contract and specification for executing EHV Projects of AIS/GIS upto 765 KV Understanding of Critical Path (CPM) and resource loaded scheduling processes, physical progress tracking, and earned value analysis. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them. Coordinating with the consultants & clients for the project progress and with the suppliers for the timely material arrangement and core follow up of day-to-day updates of Project activities and requirements. Job Title: Tender Executive / Tendering Manager - International Transmission Line (EHV) Projects Location: Worli, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Manage the tendering process from initiation to submission for international transmission line EHV projects. Experience of working on Multilateral funding and International tendering experience will be preferred. Analyse tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop compliant bid strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, commercial, and legal) to gather input and ensure comprehensive techno commercial bid submissions. Develop and maintain complex tender documents, spreadsheets, and models using MS Excel. Preparation of BOQ and cost estimates in line with technical requirements. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of tenders, identifying risks and opportunities. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission. Education / Experience / Skills Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field. 5 to 12 years of experience in Transmission Line Tendering. Strong knowledge of international transmission EHV line projects (132kV to 765kV). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS office - MS Excel / Advanced Excel, Word, Power point.
