Job Title (Job Code): Project Product Introduction Manager, Pr PI M ( IN-PI-03) PURPOSE OF THE JOB :- Manage the overall Project PI activities and in particular Reliability Growth to achieve Warranty closure. Supports the Project Manager & Warranty Customer Site Manager in representing the project in all Product Introduction-related matters towards the customer. Represents the PI function within the Project Core Team and in front of the customer. ORGANISATION :- Organisation structure (job belongs to..) Product Introduction Management of Site, Country, Cluster, Region or Platform Reports directly to: Head of PI Region / Cluster / Country / Site / Platform Other reporting to: Project Manager within project organization Direct reports: PI Customer Site Manager during the project Network & Links Internal Project Manager, Core Team members Participating Units and/or Subsystem Managers PI Customer Site team PI Support team RAMS team Project Engineering team Quality team (mainly PrQSM and SQ) Installation and Test & Commissioning team Internal Supplier representatives (Components/PU) Sourcing and Contract Manager Integrated Service Readiness (ISR) Maintenance/Service team (if Alstom) Global System representatives (if applicable) External Customer project representatives Customer site team Customer maintenance team (if not Alstom) External Suppliers Key accountabilities: Part of Project Core Team in all applicable Product Introduction deliveries & execution/activities, from the start of the project (D1). Ensures that PI processes & instructions are implemented, communicated, used and supported in the project (internally & externally including customer). Be formalized in Warranty/PI Management Plan Ensures that sufficient and adequately skilled resources are available to produce the PI deliverables Manage the full Project Warranty Work Package Manage Reliability Growth with customer and internally (Kx, Field Modifications, ) to achieve the contractual Reliability target (ensure that delivered products receives agreed rectification) Ensures that field experience and field-data (REX) is captured & feed-back to the project/organization in accordance with the PI processes during start-up, design, realization (manufacturing) and field support phases Ensures that all PI related deliverables (during project reviews / DFQ) are performed in a timely manner and delivered in accordance with contract & PI standards, through planning, communication (report to Project Core Team) and control Establish the strategy and mobilization plan for commissioning & warranty period (including the clear definition and agreement for the use of the customers infrastructure) Ensure adequacy of customer infrastructure to support PI intervention & activities Implement a incident management process to follow-up NCRs/8D with Quality Ensure closure of Open Items, the field modification/retrofits and reporting on same Manage project dedicated PI staff Ensure appropriate internal and external audits and assessments Ensure respect of AZDP and Customer EHS requirements for all Customer Site activities with the support of EHS team representatives Coordinate Obsolescence management for proper evaluation of last time by end spart parts (applicable for DIS) Ensures adequacy of supplier commitment with contractual warranty requirements Ensures supplier charge-back agreement and execution" Identify potential additional Services sales opportunities arising during warranty period Performance measurements: Achievement of contractual reliability (milestone) targets Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets Achievement of end of general contractual warranty on time Adherence to Warranty Budget Containment and solution of K1S/K2/K3 issues on time FQA Gate Review GO on time Audit results (internal and external) Customer satisfaction survey result MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements Mandatory: (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial (Internal Graduation (cadre interne in F) is acceptable) Internal EHS training English Desirable: Masters degree in Engineering Experience Mandatory: Project Execution (technical/industrial) Team management Product knowledge EHS knowledge/exposure Data analytics Desirable: Railway Safety/Product liability Field Experience RAM Problem Solving skills Engineering knowledge DFQ, Quality and Audit skills Customer contact Contract management

Purpose of the job: Ensure/provide a safe and healthy environment to our people and to our contractors. Minimize impacts on the Environment (environmental footprint of operations & management of historical pollution). Protect Alstom assets and reduce risks of business interruption resulting from fire and natural catastrophe Key accountabilities: Support Site Management in achieving EHS results Drive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and the improvement of EHS results in the site. Advice, help, coach, support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives. Prepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom Transport strategy and objectives. Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan. Monitor the right deployment of the plan. Ensure EHS Risk Assessment is done & appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Site. Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level.. Make sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas. Has full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in a immediate high risk to People or the Environment. Lead the EHS function in the site Monitor, assist, coach, assess, develop the EHS teams in the site Conduct induction programs for new EHS people in the site. Involve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHS Develop Site EHS Management System Develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools applicable to the Site specific for EHS Management System in line with Transport& Country/Cluster EHS Management System Ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (AZDP, TOP_E, Transport Key processes) are deployed at Site level. EHS Compliance Monitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements & propose actions to correct any gap Maintain appropriate records and documentation of the Site. Monitor historical pollution & associated risks Develop EHS culture in the site Influence the site EHS performance : facilitate change and EHS continuous improvement Built the site EHS communication plan Prepare and implement an EHS training plan and program with the support from HR and a local EHS communication plan. Report, Measure & Review Ensure that Accidents/Incidents are first prevented, and when occurring, reported, recorded, investigated and analyzed. Establish and communicate REX reports in case of severe or potentially severe accidents. Ensure Alstom EHS call for actions are deployed at site level. Prepare and submit monthly EHS reports. Feed EHS Teranga reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements. Is accountable for data quality of the Site. Organize and lead internal EHS audits and inspections of the EHS reporting process in the Country/Cluster
