As a Senior Manager in the Engineering and Projects department at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, located in Dewas SGO - Engineering Block P, your role as the Engineering Penem Head involves overseeing various engineering and maintenance activities. With over 15 years of experience and a B.E. in Electronics, you will be responsible for managing activities related to Block P (Sterile), Block F (OSD), Supporting Facilities (Micro/Stability, QC, Warehouse, and Export Warehouse), as well as the external area. Your responsibilities include maintaining and managing the expenses within the budget, reviewing and implementing preventive maintenance, facility maintenance, and calibration systems effectively. You will also be required to promptly address maintenance-related issues to minimize losses, analyze plant breakdowns, and take corrective measures to prevent them. Additionally, you will oversee HVAC maintenance, ensure compliance with engineering regulatory requirements, and manage CAPA, Deviation, and Change Control activities within the Engineering Department. Your role will also involve providing support in qualification and validation, Process Control System Validation activities, IT compliance, and Scrap Management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, complying with EHS SOPs, and ensuring contamination control as per the Contamination Control Strategy (CCS) and related procedures. People development is also a key aspect of your role, where you will be expected to share knowledge, provide guidance to subordinates, motivate the team, and foster team spirit within the department.
