As a member of the Legal Audit team at TeamLease Regtech, based in Ahmedabad, you will be a Lawyer or a Lawyer & Company Secretary (CS) with a strong understanding and experience in various legal and compliance matters. Your role will involve conducting compliance applicability assessments for different industries, performing legal and compliance audits for large and mid-size corporate clients, and staying updated with the latest regulatory changes in the Indian legal environment. You should have a good grasp of regulatory requirements in areas such as Labour, Taxation, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), secretarial, industry-specific laws, and other relevant legislations. The ability to work independently on compliance assessments and audits is essential for this position.
