Owning the electrical execution team in close collaboration and communication with the project engineering manager and general project management as well as with other relevant team members (e.g., your line manager) Leading and monitoring of our internal and external suppliers including handling electrical, IC and related layout interfaces Project reporting regarding engineering progress, technical clarifications and engineering risks or opportunities Implementation, steering and control of the electrical design process with focus on related concepts, technical specification preparation and BoQs Monitoring of on time delivery of all work youre doing, quality and electrical engineering hour consumption and ensuring our EHS standards are met. What You Bring Master s or bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, Energy Management or related fields +8 years Experience in handling and owning the electrical engineering of either large HVDC or Substation or Power Plant projects. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa. Strong Technical knowledge in Electrical Power Systems, Motor Control Centers, MV and LV Switchgears, Transformers, Converters, Rectifiers Single Line and Three Line Diagrams etc. Experience with the design of NEC/IEEE Cables, Cable Routing, Duct banks, Cable Trays etc. Experience in project management and/or managing of intercultural teams. Intercultural collaboration and partnership with international clients, consortium partners and suppliers
