This role requires excellent planning, manpower management, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic vision for long-term growth. Proficiency in welding codes ASME Sec. XI, Sec. V For NDT And AWS D1.1 ,and various international codes and standard related to fabrication also experience with ERP systems are essential. Awareness of WPS/PQR/WPQ, EHS culture, and NDT Level II is required.
