Preparation and periodic review of site EHS Plan, Method statement, risk assessment, procedures at outage sites, CAPA rolled out by the back office. Contractor EHS management support the SCM and field service teams in Contractor EHS qualification checks, performance evaluations, improvement roadmaps, engagements, monitoring and reviews. Hand hold Contractors and Customer for developing Zero Harm Culture and further improvements. Conduct training for field service employees and Contractors at sites. Support site lead/in charge to achieve the EHS objectives, targets and management programmes. Incident reporting, investigation and analysis. Track compliance of actions. Compiling and communication of EHS MIS as per the set frequency. Conduct site EHS audits/ risk assessments as per the audit plan. Suggest resources and solutions for improvements. Interface with Customer and other interested parties related to the Business operations. Preparation of MIS and presentation to the Field services and EU EHS Head management. Desired candidate: Professional qualifications: Diploma/Advance diploma in industrial safety from State-board / technical boards/ DISH approved or B-Tech/ M-Tech in Safety. NEBOSH IGC will be an added advantage. Basic qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Power System branch of Engineering Work experience in the field of Electrical Service & Maintenance, Large Electrical EPC projects, MV/ HV Testing, commissioning for at least for 10 years. At least 5 years as independent site EHS in-charge. Experience of handling multiple sites/ team of EHS resources as an EHS coordinator. Detailed knowledge of all maintenance requirements pertaining to EHS.

Job description Responsibility: Testing of software and hardware for control & protection for HVDC/FACTS/AC Switchyard systems. Testing of primary electrical equipment in HVAC/HVDC Switchyards. Testing and programming of numerical protection relays (preferably Siemens SIPROTEC family) Performing factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests as per procedure for HVDC/FACTS C&P systems at factory and site Troubleshooting and technical service support at customer sites for HVDC & FACTS. Updating of engineering documentation/drawings upon completion of factory and site tests Job would involve extensive travelling to customer project sites and customer interaction keen interest in software programming and electronic circuitry Manage, develop, and ensure profitability of HVDC & FACTS spares business Responsible to ensure all business KPI's are met and the services to the customer are maintained in accordance with company policy and procedure Respond to customer enquiry by understanding the technical requirement prepare the offer to cater the customer requirement technically and commercially Handling complete offer management & Order execution for spare parts business and regular follow ups with vendors, taking care of import shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to customer sites Attending customer meetings to discuss on various proposals, understanding technical issues and suggest possible solutions by aligning with field service. Regular meetings with Sales team to discuss ongoing offers and develop in business opportunities Driving initiatives to expand the service business and capture new avenues QMS and EHS coordinator for HDVC and FACTS services portfolio Proficient in overseeing project activities from conceptualization to execution including technical specifications, stage inspections, progress monitoring, vendor management and manpower planning. Experience in preparing offers and proposal for HVDC & FACTS products, managing material movement and supervising site operations. Prepare cost optimized technical solutions collaborating with relevant stake holders while meeting customer expectations. Preparation of techno commercial offers and proactive follow-up with regions/customers for technical & commercial closure. Timely submission of clarifications/offer meeting customer deadlines while complying to internal processes. Cyber security skills will be added as a additional advantage. We dont need superheroes, just super minds. B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics with 4 to 8 years of experience. Good knowledge of Cyber Security, MS Word, MS Excel & Power Points and working knowledge of MS office tools like MS Projects, Power BI etc. added advantage. Extraordinary Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team. Key Accountabilities: Developing and implementing policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace and external environments. Investigating accidents and environmental incidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. Providing advice and training on safety protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to environmental health and safety Maintaining relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance of the organization Ensure the plant meets all local, national, and international regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit required documentation, reports, and permits to regulatory authorities. Prepare a robust and follow Emergency preparedness and response. Enforce safety requirements for third-party contractors and service providers. Conduct safety inductions, permit-to-work systems, and audits for vendors and visitors. Monitor compliance of contract workers with safety regulations and PPE usage. Promote a positive safety culture through leadership engagement, recognition programs, and behaviour-based safety initiatives. Conduct safety talks, toolbox meetings, and awareness campaigns. Foster employee involvement and ownership in safety initiatives. Academic and Experience In order to be considered for this position the employee must have a seniority of at least 18 months in their current job with a minimum of 10 years in the implementation of safety systems. Degree or Diploma in engineering, or B.Sc. along with relevant experience in Industrial Safety, or Diploma in Industrial safety from a recognized body.

Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ADIS (MSBTE) and 3 to 5 year's experience. Bachelor s degree in environmental sciences or a related field preferred.

Ensure that appropriate measuring and monitoring of EHS issues is undertaken and reported accurately and transparently. Provide advice and support to BU management on EHS compliance. Provide assistance in the completion of risk assessments & JSA where required and ensure that they are regularly reviewed, and mitigation measures are undertaken. Ensure all accidents and near misses are recorded, reported, and investigated in accordance with the company accident and reporting procedures, and all corrective/preventive actions are identified, implemented, and reviewed. Ensure relevant EHS records (e.g. policy documentation, risk assessments, safety data sheets, registers, fire drills and training records etc.) are maintained and updated as and when necessary. Ensure provision is made for all employees, including temporary staff and contractors, to receive effective and sufficient training and instruction by way of the companys EHS competency development program. Act on employee complaints relating to Health, Safety or Welfare, communication through the relevant company channels and bring to the attention of the concerned authorities as required. Ensure updated information of legal requirements, hazards in the workplace company EHS policy and procedures. Ensure adequate supplies of effective PPE, as specified by risk assessments, are readily available for those employees visiting clientspremises.
