You will be part of a team at HBox that is transforming specialty care delivery with a Virtual Clinic-in-a-Clinic model. As a Product Engineer - Agentic Applications, your role will involve combining low-code/no-code (vibe coding) with strong technical and business workflow understanding to develop new applications and agentic AI workflows. Your responsibilities will include creating and launching new applications, translating complex healthcare business workflows into AI-driven agentic workflows, partnering with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, integrating new workflows seamlessly, rapid prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure usability and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Application Development: Create and launch new applications using vibe coding platforms and lightweight development frameworks. - Agentic Workflow Design: Translate complex healthcare business workflows into AI-driven agentic workflows that automate tasks and augment clinical teams. - Product Innovation: Partner with clinicians, operations, and product leadership to identify high-value use cases and bring them to life. - Integration: Work with APIs, EHR/EMR connectors, and HBox's existing product stack to integrate new workflows seamlessly. - Rapid Prototyping: Experiment, iterate, and deliver MVPs quickly to validate concepts before scaling. - Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure usability, compliance, and measurable impact. Qualifications: - Technical Skills: - Experience with low-code/no-code (vibe coding) platforms, automation tools, or lightweight app frameworks. - Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (autonomous workflows, orchestrated AI agents). - Comfort working with APIs, JSON, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, LangChain, Retool, or similar). - Business Workflow Knowledge: Ability to quickly grasp healthcare workflows (RPM, CCM, billing, scheduling, patient engagement) and map them into digital solutions. - Creative Problem-Solving: Strong bias for action, with the ability to rapidly test, validate, and scale solutions. - Preferred: Exposure to healthcare technology, EHR/EMR integrations, or AI/ML-driven product development.
