Pick up projects to audit the auditors and have a focused quality review to ensure that DPU frontend quality is > 98% and backend quality is > 95% Supervise the Quality Auditors and provide regular updates. Closely review the Practice Instructions (client specific requirements) and bring any opportunities to enhance and update to onshore RCM Client Advisors. Review KPIs and other important matrix data to ensure the allocated practices are green and have an “A” on the health scorecard. Review Jira tickets created by RCM Client Advisors and global partners for timely resolution; analyze ticket trends to recommend fixes to reduce ticket traffic. Present and review trends, issues and observations with RCM Client Advisors and join respective practice and vertical calls when appropriate. Analyze all functions of practice escalations and contribute to the plans of action shared by global partners and ensure any concerns to meet the plan are addressed. As Senior Onboarding Specialist on our global Learning & Development (L&D) team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the new hire experience for Modernizers in our Hyderabad office. You will orchestrate a seamless and engaging onboarding journey for ModMed India, responsible for leading live instructor-led onboarding, assigning on-demand eLearning, and providing ongoing new hire support. Key Responsibilities Facilitation and New Hire Communication: Act as the primary facilitator of all live instructor-led onboarding sessions for our ModMed India office. Coordinate and manage communication with new hires, setting expectations for their first week. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and effectively. Drive new hire check-ins up to 12 months after onboarding. Content Design And Content Ownership Design new onboarding materials as necessary in partnership with the US-based Onboarding Specialist. Update and maintain onboarding materials, ensuring they are accurate and reflect ModMed culture. Onboarding Program Management Coordinate and manage the onboarding schedule. Coordinate SMEs and guest speakers for all onboarding sessions. Oversee the enrollment and new hire completion of mandatory eLearning (LMS) courses. Collaborate with People Operations and Corporate IT to manage onboarding workflows and necessary provisioning. Keep People Leaders updated on onboarding content and new hire onboarding schedules. Monitor and identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Minimum 7 years of professional experience, at least 3 years supporting onboarding or talent development. Must be able to demonstrate a mastery of live facilitation, virtual facilitation, and virtual meeting tools, preferably Google Meet. Proven experience in navigating an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo. Experience with eLearning content development and design tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Vyond.
