Job Description Good knowledge on Security Activities.should have good communication skills.Should be Technically strong.Should be able to communicate with customer & under the technical aspect and execute it.should be able to fix issue quickly.Should have knowledge on SAP upgrades.Should be able to read and interpret EWA for customer.Should be able to perform cluster failover activities.Should be able to perform SSL certificate upgrade in ABAP + JAVA +web dispatcher.Should able perform BO upgrade and need to fix BO issues.Should be able to resolve all ECC related issue including performance issue.should have good knowledge on Linux and windows.Should have knowledge on Solman activity / PO tasks/ Fiori/ EP / Web dispatcher /Trex / SAP BO.Should have knowledge on FIORI apps.Should be able to perform System Refresh on Oracle DB.Should be able to perform Technical Monitoring for Solution Manager system.Should have knowledge on HCI/ CIG / SAC / Cloud Connector.Should have knowledge on Content server issue and configuration as well as upgrade.should have knowledge on Oracle DB / Sybase DB.Should have knowledge on Ariba + Cloud Connector.Should able have good knowledge on S/4 pre steps activitie.should be able to work on 3rd party tools & cloud related technology.Should have knowledge on HANA DB.Should manage all Software issues related to the SAP like Hypervisor, Linux OS server, all SAP components.Resource should work in close co-ordination with the HW engineers to resolve all issues related with the SAP system.SAP application and database performance tuning.Strong Implementation experience of SAP products -ECC on HANA, S/4 HANA, BW, BO, PI /PO, Fiori, Gateway, Web dispatcher ,SRM , CRM , Content Server,TREX, Portal (JAVA system).Experience in S/4 HANA Conversion.Provide support for Disaster Recovery and DR test as required.Provide daily support to production support team and End-Users with any technical and performance problems.HANA, ASE & Max-DB database patching, upgrade, configure & Maintenance.Support of High Availability environments (Service Guard).Strong installation and upgrade experience in at least two databases- HANA, MSSQL, Oracle , Sybase and DB2.Performing Homogeneous and Hetrogeneous System copies.Support and maintain SAP landscapes, including backups, printers, client copies, background jobs, and database health checks and optimizing physical resource utilization (CPU, RAM, disk). Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration is required.SSO configuration and support experience.General backup and restore experience across the databases.Strong experience in client copies, system copies and refreshes.Strong experience in applying sap notes, support packs, performing EHP upgrades and kernel upgrades.
