Based at Kanpur R ole & responsibilities Working with projects of central/ State government/ PSUs on Media/ Outreach/ IEC related activities - handling awareness creation/ media strategy/ branding/ content development/ website and social media management-related activities Responsible for regular stakeholder coordination and preparation of monthly progress report • Strong understanding of system architecture, design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Experience with Govt./Autonomous body in monitoring or data analytics related to development programs at the State or National level. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Java J2EE Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, and open-source enterprise platforms to join our team working on UPYOG and DIGITbased solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-scale government service delivery modules. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend modules using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. Work with microservices architecture for scalable government platforms. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external services. Manage database operations using Hibernate/JPA and SQL/NoSQL databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with UPYOG/DIGIT open-source frameworks. Deploy applications on Docker/Kubernetes and manage CI/CD pipelines. Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with enterprise standards. Required Skills & Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development. Strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs, and design patterns. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA. Experience in microservices, API development, and integration. Familiarity with UPYOG/DIGIT or similar open-source governance platforms preferred. Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, authentication protocols (OAuth2, Keycloak), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
