Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute test plans and test cases for software applications, focusing on functionality, and regression.
* Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Eggplant and Selenium WebDriver with Java.
* Analyze and document test results, identifying and reporting defects to the development team using a bug tracking system.
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand project requirements and ensure quality goals are met.
* Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
* Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance role.
* Proven experience with test automation using Eggplant Functional. DAI is nice to have.
* Proficiency in building and maintaining test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
* Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
* Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
