Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive primary and secondary sales across your territory by setting targets, planning monthly/weekly objectives, and executing initiatives in collaboration with TSIs and distributors. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of 45 Territory Sales In-Charges (TSIs) and Sales Officers (SOs), ensuring productivity, performance reviews, training, and adherence to market execution plans. Distribution & Market Expansion: Strategically expand distribution by appointing and developing distributors, ensuring ROI visibility, optimizing beat coverage, and improving last-mile delivery. Trade Engagement & Visibility: Engage directly with trade partners to build strong relationships, improve visibility of Eggoz products, and implement trade promotions and schemes. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internalstakeholders including demand planning, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment of market needs and backend support. Data & Input Utilization: Analyse field data using SMIS and Field Assist Software to derive actionable insights. Utilize analytics for business forecasting, performance monitoring, and ROI calculation. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Fresh/Dairy/FMCG category MBA in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field from a good institute Proficiency in MS Excel, SMIS, and Field Assist Software Strong planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsRole & responsibilities
