Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.). Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email.
