Role & responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and managing production activities to meet output, quality, and cost targets. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow. Analyze production data and reports to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures. Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives. Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff to enhance team performance and productivity. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Manage resource allocation including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production schedules. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting activities related to production operations. Facilitate effective communication between production teams and other departments. Quality circle team formation and execution 1 projects in quarter. Preferred candidate profile IATF 16949 Auditor Internal Production management and coordination Leadership and team development Analytical and decision-making skills Quality and safety compliance Process improvement and efficiency enhancement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
