As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to define and determine project scope and objectives, predict and manage resources effectively and efficiently, and prepare a budget according to work extent and resource requirements. You will also be required to manage project costs to meet the budget, develop and organize a detailed project schedule and strategy, and provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders about the process, changes, and progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables, utilizing industry best practices and techniques in the entire project execution, monitoring project progress, making changes as needed, and evaluating project efficiency to identify issues and areas for improvement. To qualify for this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. You should have a proven ability to solve issues efficiently and creatively, knowledge of project management software tools, strategies, and best practices, and the ability to see the whole project life cycle. Strong analytical, communication, and resourcefulness skills are essential, along with the capability of completing projects according to scope, budget, and deadline.
