As an experienced Electrical and Electronics professional in the construction equipment industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems based on application requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge of construction equipment and staying updated on industry trends and innovations. - Creating and adapting various electronics systems in vehicles such as GPRS, Telematics, and Multi-mode operation to provide differentiated product value based on customer needs. - Developing electrical parts like lamps, wiring harnesses, temps, and clusters using the latest technology and integrating them at the vehicle level. - Keeping abreast of the latest developments in Electrical and Electronics Systems (EES) and implementing them in vehicles. - Designing and developing diagnostic and prognostic tools and strategies. - Collaborating with interfacing areas like EMS, ABS, and telematics to ensure seamless development for construction vehicles. - Utilizing CAD and TC knowledge, specifically CATIA V5 R17 and Siemens. - Applying methodologies such as DFM, DFA, DTC, DFMEA, and QC story in the development process. - Establishing systems for departmental processes to ensure adherence to the Mahindra Product Development System (MPDS). - Building an effective organization structure for the Electrical and Electronics Systems (EES) team and developing team members. - Liaising with internal stakeholders to synchronize priorities and with external vendors for timely part development. Qualifications: - Experience: 15-22 years in the industry. - Industry Preferred: BE/ ME in Electrical and Electronics.
