Research scholar Location: Hybrid (New Delhi and Mandi) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Neuroimaging Researcher to support cutting-edge research in multimodal neuroimaging, including EEG, fNIRS, and fMRI. The ideal candidate will contribute to experimental design, data acquisition, preprocessing, and analysis for ongoing and upcoming neuroscience research projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and execution of ongoing neuroimaging study using EEG, fNIRS, and fMRI modalities. Support data acquisition, quality control, preprocessing, and post processing workflows. Perform neural signal processing and data analysis using software tools such as MATLAB, Python, EEGLAB, MNE-Python, Brainstorm, SPM, or similar. Support development of AI models for specific research objectives related to resolution enhancement and improved neural sources localization Maintain accurate documentation of experimental protocols, data logs, and research findings. Support preparation of manuscripts, grant applications, and technical reports. Required Qualifications Master’s (with 2-4 years of experience) in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Computer science, Electrical engineering, Psychology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with at least two neuroimaging modalities (EEG, fNIRS, or fMRI). Familiarity with signal processing and neuroimaging data analysis techniques. Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB, R). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multimodal data integration. Knowledge of neuroanatomy and brain function. Prior involvement in human subject research Excellent communication and organizational skills.
