You should ideally possess a basic understanding of Automotive Electrical and Electronic components and have experience in supporting activities related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. Your responsibilities will include providing tool training both in-house and online, developing competency in the Electrical Engineering (EE) domain and wiring knowledge, as well as collaborating with a global team to understand various interface applications. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying end-user issues and delivering timely support along with necessary solutions, with a focus on documenting and communicating results using tools like Confluence and Jira. Your primary skillset should include experience in Teamcenter L2 support.
