Our client is a global IT services company with offices in India and the United States, specializing in digital transformation, IT collaborations, and utilizing technology to make a positive impact on businesses. They are currently seeking an experienced Informatica Architect to join their team. As an Informatica Architect, you will be responsible for leading data governance, data catalog, and data quality efforts. With over 7 years of expertise in data quality and data cataloging, you will work closely with the Data & Analytics lead to ensure the integrity and quality of critical data within the product. Your role will involve developing efficient data processes using tools such as Informatica, Alation, Altan, or Collibra. Key responsibilities include overseeing the data elements of a complex product catalog, designing and developing data catalog and data assets on leading tools, managing the Enterprise Glossary, configuring data catalog resources, implementing Critical Data Elements, and ensuring compliance with Data Governance Standards. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of enterprise IICS data integration and management experience, along with practical experience configuring data governance resources and hands-on experience with Informatica CDQ and Data Quality. A strong understanding of data quality, data cataloging, and data governance best practices is essential. Preferred qualifications include administration and management of Collibra/Alation data catalog tool, configuration of data profiling and data lineage, and working with Data Owners and stewards to understand catalog requirements.
