NH Goel World School is seeking a qualified and experienced IT/ERP In-Charge to manage and oversee its IT and school ERP system. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact for ERP coordination and all IT-related operations. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management, implementation, and troubleshooting of the schools ERP system (currently Edu next ERP). Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal users to resolve issues and ensure smooth functioning. Manage the overall IT infrastructure including hardware, networking, internet, and security systems. Monitor data backups, system updates, and ensure IT policy compliance. Provide technical support and training to staff where required. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in an educational institution. Hands-on experience with school ERP systems (Edunext or similar). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently. Work Location: NH Goel World School, Nardaha, Vidhan Sabha Road, Raipur (C.G.)
