About EduFit EduFit Test Prep is a fast-growing global education services company helping high-school students achieve their dream university admissions through SAT/ACT/AP tutoring, Olympiad prep, profile-building, and admissions consulting. We combine data-backed diagnostics, personalized strategy sessions, and expert mentoring to deliver real results. We are now looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our sales team and help us scale our impact in India and the USA. Role Overview As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential students and parents . Your main responsibility is to engage warm leads , qualify their interest, and schedule consultations with EduFit’s academic advisors or sales consultants. You will not be closing sales directly — your role is to create a steady pipeline of quality appointments that lead to conversions. Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective students/parents via WhatsApp, phone, email, and LinkedIn. Engage leads who sign up through webinars, free diagnostic tests, or ads. Qualify leads using EduFit’s framework (student’s grade, test prep needs, study abroad goals). Schedule consultations with academic advisors and sales managers. Update CRM records (HubSpot/Zoho or equivalent) with lead status and appointment details. Follow up with no-shows and re-engage cold leads. Send reminders to parents/students about upcoming calls. Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure smooth handovers. Requirements Ability to work in USA time zone- EST, CST, PST- after 5pm Excellent spoken and written communication in English (mandatory) ; Hindi or other regional languages a plus. Prior experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or appointment setting preferred (education/edtech sector a bonus). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Comfortable working with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet . Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with a scaling startup.
