Your role will involve working closely with educators and therapists to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals under your care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support individual clients in therapy or learning sessions, ensuring active participation and engagement. - Assist educators and therapists in delivering customized learning and therapy activities. - Prepare, organize, and maintain educational and therapy materials. - Adapt lesson materials and instructions based on the lead educator/therapist's guidance. - Document basic observations and progress for review by the supervising professional. - Encourage social, behavioral, and learning development in clients. - Facilitate smooth transitions between activities and provide assistance during group programs. - Participate in and support centre-led community and outreach initiatives to promote inclusive education and awareness. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree or Diploma in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Care & Education, or a related field. - Background or experience in shadow teaching or classroom assistance. - Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability. - Willingness to learn therapy techniques and inclusive teaching methods.
