Role: Inside Sales Manager Channel Acquisition • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach. • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners through networking and outreach. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract high-quality channel partners. Program Sales • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed program sales targets. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to position our offerings effectively. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive program expansion. Client Engagement • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and retention. • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services. Entrepreneurial Leadership for Sales Success • Foster a proactive, results-driven culture within the sales function. • Encourage innovative thinking and strategic approaches to exceed sales goals. • Take ownership of individual targets while driving business impact. Note: This is an individual contributor role (not a team-handling profile) focusing on sales and account management.
