You will be responsible for developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. You will need to employ a variety of educational techniques such as storytelling, educational play, and media to teach the children effectively. It will be important for you to observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem. You are expected to encourage children to interact with each other and guide them to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum that includes identifying shapes, numbers, colors, and engaging in crafts activities. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be required to organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times. Tracking children's progress and reporting to parents, as well as communicating regularly with parents to understand the children's background, will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards is essential. The ideal candidate should be interested in working as a Preschool Teacher and have an understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods. Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms, good communication and instructional skills, and a cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable demeanor are important qualities for this role. A balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen is also necessary. Qualifications required for this position include any UG/PG degree. The work timings are from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday). The job location is in Chennai, with branches in Thoraipakkam, Velachery, Sholinganallur, Perumbakkam, Siruseri, Pallikarani, and Semmenchery. Language fluency in English is a must, and additional regional languages would be a plus. Experience level from 0 to 5 years is acceptable, and the salary offered is as per the market standards.
