Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Educational Counselor who can guide students toward the right career path in IT and digital technologies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student growth, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident in converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about career options and training programs.
• Explain course details, structure, duration, and placement support.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Collaborate with the training team for scheduling demo classes and interviews.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image of the company.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Business, or IT).
• 0–2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or student relationship management.
• Excellent communication (English & Hindi), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT / technical courses like Python, AI, or Web Development.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Highly motivated and target-driven personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
